Managing and Maintenance

With over a decade of experience, Bicincitta Italia can offer a comprehensive and customized service for your area. Our staff is trained to handle all daily cases, both “on the road” and through remote assistance to users with our award-winning Customer Care service.
Customer Care
To be closer to our users, we have created a Customer Care service, operated by specialized staff.
Operators provide information about the service, assist users, and collect reports and complaints.
Operators also liaise in real time with the on-site maintenance team to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Weelo’s Customer Care is available through a telephone call center and WhatsApp chat: the latter is the most popular option among users, who see their requests resolved almost instantly.
App and software
Making bike sharing easily accessible has always been our top priority: if users can quickly and intuitively rent bikes, then the service can truly be used freely.
That’s why we created the Weelo app, which includes all of our bike sharing and bike parking services. Even first-time users can sign up, purchase a pass, and start cycling in less than five minutes.
Additionally, our bike sharing system is built on a robust software architecture developed over many years. All sensitive data is protected according to current data protection laws.
