It’s the automated bike rental service in Rieti. You can pick one up at a virtual station, ride it for as long as you need, and return it when you’re done at the same station or another one.

Download the Weelo app to view real-time information about active stations and available bikes.

Simply sign up on the Weelo app and purchase the subscription that best suits your needs.
When you’re ready, select the station and the bike number you want to use on the app and it will magically unlock.
To return the bike, take it to one of the virtual stations and manually lock the SMARTLOCK, the lock located on the rear wheel.

It’s an area identified by a totem with service information and marked by yellow lines. Inside this space, you will find bikes available for rent and must return them after use.

It’s a lock attached to the rear wheels of RietiBike bicycles.
It can only be opened using the Weelo app and is closed manually by rotating the metal bracket.

To use the service, you must subscribe to one of the available plans:

FOR FREQUENT USE

• ANNUAL Subscription: €30 Includes €5 credit Valid for 12 months from the first bike unlock
• QUARTERLY Subscription: €20 Includes €5 credit Valid for 90 days from the first bike unlock
• MONTHLY Subscription: €15 Includes €5 credit Valid for 30 days from the first bike unlock
• WEEKLY Subscription: €10 Includes €5 credit Valid for 7 days from the first bike unlock

Rental rates for each ride:

• First half hour: free
• Subsequent half hours or fractions thereof: €0.50 each

FOR OCCASIONAL/TOURIST USE

• ONE DAY: €6 Maximum 5 hours of use, even non-consecutively Valid for 24 hours from the first use
• HALF DAY: €3 Maximum 2 hours of use, even non-consecutively Valid for 12 hours from the first use

Only one bicycle per person is allowed; if you are in a group, each person must have their own account and purchase their own subscription.
